| Filling material for rubber and plastic

It is mainly used as filling material for polyethylene, polypropylene,
PVC, polyester ABS resin and rubber products. Its addition increases
the strength, improves heat-resistance and lowers the cost of the
final product.
¡¡¡¡Features:
- Mechanical characteristics:
Plastic product is enhanced in its rigidity, which could provide
as good performance as glass steel, and could endure higher temperature;
the only weakness is its cut could not bear the same strike as
glass steel, but it could be overcome by adding a little short
fiberglass.
- Thermal characteristics:
It could decrease the thermal expansivity and contractibility
of the product, and produce smaller wash back and camber, which
is the most prominent characteristic compared with fiber material.
- Electrical property:
Its weak moisture absorbability makes it perform well in wet condition.
- Radiativity:
Its radiation absorbability vary with its chemical composition,
normally it could absorb as much as 30-80% ultraviolet radiation,
which could effectively prevent the product from aging and its
microwave permeability makes it perform well in electromagnetic
stove.
